Theoule sur Mer is a peaceful location in a residential area with bakeries, food shops, a market once a week and many resataurants.

From the villa is a 5 min drive to the nice village of Theoule sur Mer and the beaches.

You can also drive in 15 min to Cannes where you can find everything including shopping, restaurants, entertainment, night live and beach life.

You will find a big supermarche in 10 min driving.

Theoule has it's own harbour, Port La Raque

There are 2 wellknown golfcourses just 5 min away and there is a tenniscourt nearby.
