Completely renovated in 2012! The villa consist out of 1400 mtr2 area and is totally surrounded by beautifull trees and plants. The house has an electric gate with remote-controle. This remote-controle works also for opening the garage and outside-lightning.

The villa consist out of a new kitchen (with electr equipment), a living- and diningroom, 1 masterbedroom en 4 bedrooms (some with airconditioning) with 2 bathrooms, where a maximum of 8 people can sleep, a great adjacent terrace and a fantastic situated swimmingpool.

The pool with overflow direction to the sea gives a spectaculair view over the bay of Theoule sur Mer, the islands of Cannes and the whole coastline of Golf Juan until Antibes. At the swimmingpool is a jacuzzi,  a terrace with poolhouse and an outdoor kitchen. The pool has also an in-and outside shower and a toilet. There is also a washing machine and dryer at the villa.
